Doc, The stock just arrived, and all I can say is: AMAZING! I have lost count as to how many stocks that you have done for me, but each time that I recieve one back from you I am absolutely in awe. As always, your work and turnaround time is unsurpassed. You are a true craftsman, and I really appreciate the works of art that you have produced for me. I put the rifle together and really liked the look, then had to put it away to take care of my little one. Last night I took it out again and handled it a little more and liked it even more. You promised a nice finish but I must say it is really nice and the mahogany wood grain came out more than I imagined for this type of wood. repair, I can hardly see where the damage was. My stock really looks
beautiful !! Doc, I really enjoyed working with you as well. It
is refreshing in this day and age to feel like you are dealing with
someone who still truly enjoys what he does, and takes pride in
it. I have a close friend who is also considering some stock work

The stock is beautiful, you did a very excellent job. I'm really impressed with how well it turned out, it doesn't look like the same rifle. Not only does my rifle look better, it shoots better as well. Because of the beautiful finish you put on my stock I can achieve a stronger cheek-weld and hold a steadier point of aim. While I was sighting in my rifle at 50', the second 5-round group I shot was 3/8". I really couldn't be happier with how it looks; several people at the range stopped by to ask me about my rifle and told me how beautiful it was. The 03 was in VERY bad shape cosmetically. The stock was VERY oily and dinged up. The Doc did his best work on this one which I will call a total rehab...REAL nice job.
